The Colonial Center for Performing Arts in South Hill, Va., will host Calvary’s Hill Quartet in concert Saturday, Sept. 28, at 7:30 p.m.
Calvary’s Hill Quartet has been on the road singing since 2001. Hailing from all over North Carolina, it is a group of men spreading the word of the gospel through music and testimonies.
Among them they have more than 100 years of experience singing. They have sung in churches, arenas, at NASCAR racetracks, tractor pulls, chicken houses, county fairs, and anywhere else they can draw a crowd.
One of the Colonial Center’s most popular performers, Jim Simpson, provides deep bass vocals for this ensemble.
