NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Under and by virtue of the power and authority contained in a judgment bearing the caption “Wilmington Saving Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as Trustee for Hilldale Trust, Plaintiff vs. Joseph G. Zimmerman; Donna Sharon Reeves Ritter a/k/a Donna Zimmerman; United States of America, Department of Treasury-Internal Revenue Service; North Carolina Department of Revenue; and Substitute Trustee Services, Inc., Substitute Trustee Defendants" 18 CVS 134 Warren County and pursuant to the terms of the judgment, the undersigned Commissioner will offer for sale that certain property as described below. Said sale will be held in the City of Warrenton, Warren County, North Carolina at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, July 26, 2019 at the courthouse door and will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following real estate situated in the County of Warren, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows:
AS TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETY, THEIR HEIRS AND ASSIGNS, THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND IN SIXPOUND TOWNSHIP, WARREN COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA:
LOT D-20 OF LAKE GASTON ESTATES, AS SHOWN ON PLAT OF BLOCK D OF LAKE GASTON ESTATES, WHICH PLAT IS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF WARREN COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 115.
Being that parcel of land conveyed to Joseph G. Zimmerman and wife, Alexis A. Zimmerman from Paul N. Warren and wife, Shirley T. Warren by that deed dated 08/26/1985 and recorded 09/06/1985 in Deed Book 418, at Page 157 of the WARREN County, NC Public Registry. Together with improvements located thereon; said property being located at 3 Bass Court, Macon, North Carolina

The property is being sold "as is", without warranties, subject to all taxes, special assessments and prior liens or encumbrances of record and any recorded releases. Any assessments, costs or fees resulting from the sale will be due and payable from the purchaser at the sale.
A cash deposit or certified check (no personal check) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be required at the time of the sale.
The sale will be held open for ten days for upset bids as required by law.
