Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of Warren County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled COUNTY OF WARREN vs. The HEIRS, ASSIGNS and DEVISEES of RONNIE DARNELL BASKETT and spouse, if any, which may include SHEILA R. BASKETT and spouse, if any, TONIE S. BASKETT and spouse, if any, SHAUNTIA R. BASKETT and spouse, if any, GABRIELLE BASKETT and spouse, if any, CHRISTOPHER W. SPENCE and spouse, if any, or any other person or entity claiming thereunder, et al, 09-CVD-469, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 27th day of February, 2020, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction at the courthouse door in Warren County, North Carolina, Warrenton, North Carolina at 12:00 o'clock, noon, the following described real property, lying and being in Warrenton Township, State and County aforesaid, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the North side of State Road #1324, which point is located 6.3 feet from an existing iron pin in the line of 59-20 W. 205.7 feet to a point on the South side of said road, which point is located 30 feet from in iron pin in a new line for Laura E. Plummer and the lot herein described; thence along a new line for Laura E. Plummer and the lot herein described N. 22-52 E. 187.2 feet to an iron pin, corner for Laura E. Plummer, W. A. Connell, III, and the lot herein described; thence along the line of W. A. Connell, III, S. 72-00 E. 145.4 feet to an existing iron pin, same being corner for W. A.
