NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Under and by virtue of the power and authority contained in a judgment bearing the caption “Ditech Financial, LLC vs. Unknown Heirs of Erman Jack Edmonds; Unknown Heirs of Beverly Jean Edmonds, Damita Richburg, Heir of Erman Jack Edmonds and Beverly Jean Edmonds; Sherryn Williams, Heir of Erman Jack Edmonds and Beverly Jean Edmonds; Landrey Edmonds, Heir of Erman Jack Edmonds and Beverly Jean Edmonds; Ronald Edmonds, Heir of Erman Jack Edmonds and Beverly Jean Edmonds; Zyrone Edmonds, Heir of Erman Jack Edmonds and Beverly Jean Edmonds; Unknown Heirs of Erman Z. Edmonds; Indymac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. a/k/a Indymace Mtg Holdings, Inc. and Substitute Trustee Services, Inc., Substitute Trustee, and the North Carolina Department of Transportation, Division of Motor Vehicles Defendants" 18 CVS 286 Warren County and pursuant to the terms of the judgment, the undersigned Commissioner will offer for sale that certain property as described below. Said sale will be held in the City of Warrenton, Warren County, North Carolina at 12:00 p.m. on August 16, 2019 at the courthouse door and will sell to the highest bidder for cash the following real estate situated in the County of Warren, North Carolina, and being more particularly described as follows:
All that parcel of land in Warren County, North Carolina, as more fully described in Deed Book 390 at Page 187, ID# F7-74-C6, being known and designated as metes and bounds property containing 9.43 acres more or less.
And being that same real property conveyed by fee simple deed from Lucille Davis and Samuel Davis, husband and wife, as set forth in Book 390, at Page 187, dated 11/01/1983 and recorded 12/27/1983, Warren County Registry.
The property is being sold "as is", without warranties, subject to all taxes, special assessments and prior liens or encumbrances of record and any recorded releases. Any assessments, costs or fees resulting from the sale will be due and payable from the purchaser at the sale.
A cash deposit or certified check (no personal check) in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the high bid will be required at the time of the sale.
The sale will be held open for ten days for upset bids as required by law.
