Robert Bacon, 32, of Route 4, Warrenton, was arrested Friday night following a scuffle with police in downtown Warrenton that left a business with a broken front window.

Bacon was charged with communicating threats, disorderly conduct, injury to real property, and resist, delay and obstruct.

According to the police report, the arrest was made outside of Time Out Sports Bar at 114 N. Main Street. During a struggle between Bacon and the arresting officer, the window of Citizens Insurance next door was broken, Warrenton Police Chief Goble Lane said.

Bacon was confined in the Warren County Detention Center under $5,000 unsecured bond.
