Robert Edgar St. Sing, 94, of Macon, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, at his home. A graveside service will be conducted by the Rev. Blake Jackson at 11 a.m. on Friday, June 28, in Gardner’s Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. St. Sing was preceded in death by his parents, Wiley Glenn and Pattie Thompson St. Sing, and his beloved wife of 62 years, Mary Vann Gardner St. Sing.
He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran. Mr. St. Sing owned and operated Modern Electronics for over 35 years and was a noted guitar and dobro musician.
Mr. St. Sing is survived by his four children, Robin (Nancy) of Macon, Pat Lynch (Coy) of Wilson, Valle Tanner (Elwood) of Chesterfield, Va., and Bobby (Vola) of Russellville, Ky.; 12 grandchildren and many precious great-grandchildren.
